The DeWitt Soccer Club is excited to announce that we have teamed up and partnered with PlayMetrics for the upcoming 2023-2024 soccer season. This new partnership will help centralize club management tasks and streamline our communications resulting in a vastly improved experience for our families and staff.
Why the Change?
PlayMetrics was built solely to manage soccer clubs. Their technology streamlines club administration workflows and drastically reduces hours of overhead.
Families can browse available program offerings, complete registration, and managed payments entirely within the app.
Manage multiple children/players from a single account.
View club and team calendars (practices, games, events) and sync to your personal calendars.
Send and receive emails, texts, and push notifications to keep you informed of what's going on.
Immediate notifications of changes to training or games, including weather updates and game delays.
Notify your coach of player attendance.
Build training sessions (for coaches) and share them directly to your team (player/parent account).
The ability to capture league and club related documentation in electronic form and join them to your child's player profile.
What does this mean for you?
Your existing SportsEngine account will remain active and accessible through the end of the spring 2023 season (approximately June 9th).
When you register for tryouts you will be prompted to create a new PlayMetrics account, add your child(ren) player profile, and complete the registration workflow. There are detailed instructions to guide you through this process at the bottom of our tryouts page.
All future communications from DeWitt SC will originate from a different e-mail address than you're used to. Make sure you add the new address to your approved senders list to prevent messages from being marked as spam.
There may be kinks or errors that you stumble across during the transition period. If you find one, please make your coach or one of our board members aware of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve your issue.
