New for the upcoming Fall 2023/Spring 2024 season, our Goalkeeper Academy Program will provide functional specific training for goalkeepers U9 through U19.

The curriculum includes technical, tactical, and position specific developmental training that covers topics such as:

• Shot stopping

• Ball distribution (with hands and feet)

• Dealing with crosses from wide areas

• 1v1 situations

• Punting

• Decision making

• Mental toughness and resiliency

• Communication

• Leadership

Goalkeeper Academy is included in our Select & Premier programming.  To participate, ensure your player profile specifies your position.  An invitation to join the group will be sent out through PlayMetrics at the beginning of each season.
