Dear Coaches,
I would like to
take the time to introduce myself.
My name is Shawn Burke and my
goal is to raise the overall quality of
youth coaching.
My
goal is to instruct, provide and increase
coaching knowledge to maximize the development
of our youth soccer players. The number
one objective is for me to assist you in
creating more ways to coach. Through
coaching clinics and along with your team
trainings and games, I hope to promote new
ideas and coaching tactics.
I can
take
questions, discuss ideas, and improve the
overall quality of coaching for your team.
Not even the most experienced coach
knows everything. We are all together
for the benefit of our young players. As
coaches we should strive to learn from the
game, our players and from one another.
We are in a valuable role as teachers,
mentors and friends. Lets work together
to make every players experience
memorable.
