- email out first iteration to board members for email comment
Elections will be held at the annual January meeting.
- Toni had not evaluators or board members present at her tryouts.
- lesson learned – gives coaches names of evaluators, tell evaluators to call coaches if they cannot attend, attendance by board members

- email out first iteration to board members for email comment

Tony Harris, Kurt Beck
$300-$400 net from the SoccerZone soccer camp
D and E coaching clinics are scheduled – Tom will send out schedule and DSC requirements
Fields look great!
Need to fertilize and seed, grub killer – would like to have Murphy Lawn price spring, summer and fall
Chuck would like to fertilize on our own and purchase a spreader and have spot seeding done – but what about personnel.
Tom will send out formal proposal to the board members
- Dave Kracko – Fields Report
I apologize for not responding sooner but I will be out of the country on
Sunday November 6. Please keep me informed of any important discussions. As for
fields, there is not much to report. I am still attempting to get approval
to purchase and place new goals at Herbison Woods practice field. I believe I
need Board approval to spend the money for the goals and DeWitt School Board
approval to place on field because this area is also used for Gym class to my
understanding. I would like approval to purchase two (2) goals/nets either
18'x6' or 20'x8' (because this field is used for the younger age groups, U9 thru
U11 who utilize smaller goals) Cost is not to exceed $600.
We also need to be considering if we want to put down a fall fertilizer and
make plans for the spring. For spring, I really think we need to purchase top
soil and fill on bare spots and seed. We have the Winter to plan this and
- Dave Barnhill - President
met with school re: band practice area
Pat Howard, Terri Reyburn, Vettraino, Wade
Will not interfere with our area at this time.
We will be charged for using lights during 4x4 in the future
- Toni Harris - Secretary
Next meeting scheduled for Sunday, January 15, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at Banquet Center
Motion to adjourn passes unanimously at 9:00 p.m.
