• W-shape with hands/fingers.

• Window (Head always between arms).
• Elbow tucked-in.
• Ball hits first, then side.
• Come out, then over (diagonal).
• Knee up when jumping.
• Arms extended, catch ball at highest point.
• Cup ball between wrist and forearm.
• Roll ball flat on ground.
• Drop ball to foot for punting (DO NOT TOSS BALL UP!)

• 1 on 1 catching and throwing
• Two hand bounce & catch.
• Roll & Dive

• Closing down angles, make the goal smaller (under control)
