12th ANNUAL OX ROAST 4x4 TOURNAMENT

Registration Cost/Deadlines:

By July 25, 2008: $130 for online registration and payment / $135 to register and pay by mail

After July 25, 2008: $150 for online registration and payment / $155 to register and pay by mail

FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, August 1, 2008

NOTE: Full Payment REQUIRED to complete registration. Without full payment, a team WILL NOT be scheduled to play.

Online Registration and Payment:

Teams may register and pay online by following these steps:

ENTER Contact Information for the person (18 or older) whom the DSC may contact on behalf of the team. Then, when prompted, enter a valid e-mail and password. Confirmation of your registration and paymnet will be sent to the email address provided. At this time, access to your completed registration is unavailable. Please direct any questions to 4x4@dewittsoccer.org.
ADD to your cart the registration option displayed;
SELECT from the drop-down menu the division in which all players are eligible to play;
ENTER Team Name and Player Information, including t-shirt size;
INITIAL the Cart Summary page after confirming team information and registration;
SELECT the "Register and Pay Online" icon to complete registration (Visa & Mastercard only);
ENTER payment information and select "Submit Online Payment"

$130 per team if registering online BY July 25, 2008; or
$150 per team if registering online AFTER July 25, 2008.

PRINT and complete a waiver form, obtain signatures of each player 18 and over or a parent/guardian of any player under 18, and submit to the attendant at the registration table when checking in.

TEAMS WILL FORFEIT EACH SCHEDULED GAME UNTIL A COMPLETED
WAIVER FORM IS SUBMITTED AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE.

Mail-In Registration and Payment:

Mail a completed registration form AND check made payable to DEWITT SOCCER CLUB

$135 per team if postmarked BY July 25, 2008; or
$155 per team if postmarked AFTER July 25, 2008.

A $25 fee per team will be assessed on any check returned for NSF.

Registration Deadline:

Space is limited and entries will be accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Registrations must be postmarked no later than Friday, August 1, 2008.

Team Check-In:

The Team Captain or Coach needs to check-in the team at least one half-hour before start of the team’s first game. Online registrants must present the waiver form to the attendant at check-in. Proof of age will not be required at check-in, but be prepared to show proof of age if requested (copy of birth certificate or driver’s license)

Important Rules (PLEASE READ -> Official 4x4 Rules [MS WORD] [HTML]):

Each team will consist of four or five players.
Teams will be grouped in divisions by age. If there are not enough teams in a division, you will be placed in a division at the discretion of the soccer committee.
Games will be played on short-sided soccer fields, using official rules.
Games will consist of two ten-minute halves, with a three-minute half time.
We reserve the right to verify any player’s age. Inaccurate information is grounds for disqualification of the entire team.
We reserve the right to reduce the number of scheduled games or shorten games due to unforeseen circumstances.
Game time is forfeit time! Teams not at their field at the required time will automatically forfeit that game.

The Facts on Hacks:

Excessive fouling, rough play and dissension will not be tolerated! We reserve the right to eject any player, coach or spectator for improper play or conduct.
