15th ANNUAL DEWITT OX ROAST 4x4 TOURNAMENT

Registration Cost/Deadlines:

By July 31, 2011: $135 for online registration and payment / $140 to register and pay by mail

After July 31, 2011: $155 for online registration and payment / $160 to register and pay by mail

FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MIDNIGHT Saturday, August 6, 2011

NOTE: Full Payment REQUIRED to complete registration. Without full payment, a team WILL NOT be scheduled to play.

Online Registration and Payment:

Teams may register and pay online by following these steps:

Print these instructions before starting or right-click on the link below and select "Open in New Window".
PRINT and complete a waiver form, obtain signatures of each player 18 and over or a parent/guardian of any player under 18, and submit to the attendant at the registration table when checking in.
CLICK HERE to start.
SELECT who you are registering and select Continue. You must enter at least three and up to five team members.
ENTER your Team Name. Select your Bracket and Division. If any team member is participating in the Dewitt Ox Roast Parade and you do not want a game scheduled during this time, please check the appropriate box. Enter the Main Contact information (18 or older) whom the DSC may contact on behalf of the team. Select Continue.
ENTER all required fields (marked by an *). Complete a minimum of three and a maximum of five registrants for your team. After a minimum of 3 players have been entered, you may proceed to the checkout area.
ADD Group Members until a minimum of three players have been entered.
PROCEED to Checkout to enter payment information.
Confirmation of your registration and payment will be sent to all registrants with email addresses.

$135 per team if registering online BY July 31, 2011; or

TEAMS WILL FORFEIT EACH SCHEDULED GAME UNTIL A COMPLETED
WAIVER FORM IS SUBMITTED AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE.

Mail-In Registration and Payment:

$140 per team if postmarked BY July 31, 2011; or
$160 per team if postmarked AFTER July 31, 2011.

A $25 fee per team will be assessed on any check returned for NSF.

Registration Deadline:

Space is limited and entries will be accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Registrations must be postmarked no later than Saturday, August 6, 2011.

Team Check-In:

The Team Captain or Coach needs to check-in the team at least one half-hour before start of the team’s first game. Online registrants must present the waiver form to the attendant at check-in. Proof of age will not be required at check-in, but be prepared to show proof of age if requested (copy of birth certificate or driver’s license)

Each team will consist of three to five players.
Teams will be grouped in divisions by age. If there are not enough teams in a division, you will be placed in a division at the discretion of the soccer committee.
Games will be played on short-sided soccer fields, using official rules.
Games will consist of two ten-minute halves, with a three-minute half time.
We reserve the right to verify any player’s age. Inaccurate information is grounds for disqualification of the entire team.
We reserve the right to reduce the number of scheduled games or shorten games due to unforeseen circumstances.
Game time is forfeit time! Teams not at their field at the required time will automatically forfeit that game.

The Facts on Hacks:

Excessive fouling, rough play and dissension will not be tolerated! We reserve the right to eject any player, coach or spectator for improper play or conduct.
